Door frame is made of 2 mm DKP sheet iron.

The inside of door frame is strengthened with DKP supporting iron sheets with a thickness of 2 mm. 
Lock mechanisms on both sides have a thickness of totally 4 mm supported with DKP iron sheets with a thickness of 2 mm.  
There are 3 security pin grooves penetrating into hinges.
The integrity of door frame is maintained by means of a joint latch groove for the hidden split pin used in our entry steel doors.
Casing and door frame are coated with MDF furniture with a thickness of 12mm for the preferred color so that the integrity and aesthetic of entry doors are maintained.
The door wing is made of DKP sheet iron with a thickness of 1.5 mm.
The thickness of steel iron is strengthened with 3 layers at the section where the lock mechanism is assembled as well as a single complete umbilical steel iron on the wings.
The inside of our door wings is filled with polyurethane foam to provide sound and heat isolation in both sides.   
Lock grooves within our door wings are opened as a single unit by means of pointing pressure mechanism assembled within special molds without welds.
There are 3 security pins passing from the door wing to the door frame assembled on the hinge parts of our entry doors.
The thickness of our door wing is 80-90mm depending on the model.
Wing border is surrounded with stainless chrome with a thickness of 1 mm.
Kale brand name lock systems are used in our entry doors.
Cylinder protective rosettes are made of hardened steel to prevent any external damage by cutting and boring tools.
Cylinder protective rosettes are embedded within the surface with a thickness of 6-12mm depending on the model.
A hidden split pin is used in our entry doors.
3 welded hinges asymmetrically designed in accordance with TSE standards with a thickness of 20 mm are used.
The furniture used in our entry doors is made of first quality MDF and wooden coating in preferred colors is available.
Massive lathes on the border of the entry doors are processed in our factory.
The entire steel assembly of our entry doors is painted with oven baked electrostatic paint.
Our electrostatic powder paints that are composed of epoxy polyester specially produced by Akzo Nobel Company for Türkarslan Steel Entry Door are strengthened for shocks and humidity.
Coating finish materials used in our furniture are produced by Akzo Nobel with a certified qualification for worker and user health.
Our entry doors are certified with TSE certification.
Lock mechanism is warranted for 5 years; mechanical hardware is warranted for 10 years; and furniture assembly is warranted for 2 years.
